Sky Net is ruling the earth. Human population has been decimated to only 30% living content. The human resistance has survived the first storms of extermination rather underground and passive then living and active.
But now have the tides of war changed. Thanks to a newly developed portable EMP plasma burst gun which enables the resistance to shut down temporarily Hunter units and T-600's . The weapon worked fine in Laboratory tests. The first Prototypes are about to be tested under battle condition.
Let's hope Gentlemen it will work. The only draw back is that it is a short range weapon ( Max 20m firing range ) –

The second weapon we just developed is of what we call " the last hope beacon " a strong portable wireless scramble and reprogramming unit.
As you all know is SKYNET communicating over a strong short wave signal with it's units.
Now that portable scrambler is strong enough to block the actual signal and " lie " to the Terminator using the same encryption. Which will the resistance enable to reprogram the unit.
Basically you will turn the reprogrammed Terminator against the other Terminator….. – That means that we can capture now their own and use it against the other machines. This might be the beginning of the end for SKYNET.
That is the test…. We have lost hundreds of people in the course of that research for the right frequency and Encryption codex…
Make it count – and pay the lives back by having it tested successfully in the real live of a battlefield against the machines. Unfortunately is the Montreal Branch of the resistance the only one close by the Prototype laboratories.
This tight urban environment has been cleaned out from humans. Only approx 1% living content is left in the greater Montreal area. – So that means also that SKYNET has retrieved most of it's units to serve in the New York area – were remaining population and resistance are much stronger..
This is the chance we need. So we can perform this test without getting all slaughtered.
