Projiecta survived only because the BOSS gave him a real time radio call during the escape of Heart of darkness. He informed Projiecta that Tupolew had triggered the NUKE and that he has one hour to meet at the far end of the lot at the extraction zone. Projiecta who was already en route with his motor cade knew he would never make it in time and decided to race it out by car. He still got hit hard by the blast wave but at least survived badly harmed and hurt.
Thankfull for the survival did Projiecta and the ANV head come into closer communication and also business. Every Revoluzzer needs a Mercenary rather the blind shooting fanatics. Projiecta realized that he can only start his plans for revenge with the help of that weird and wild Mercenary group.

Charackter Profile:
BULLy was an example of US Military school. Best of Class in Westpoint. highly decorated in difficult retreavel missions in the deep djungels of Brazil. in the antartica and also on extraction missions of Western Spies out of North Korea.
After having had enough of the green Berets, was he choosen to be leading a newly formed special unit.
The NETF - the Nuclear Emergency Task Force.
His first mission ( broken arrow ) in this new assignment brought him only bad luck. First he was tricked out by the BOSS - causing him to snap and ordering his 2IC to execute the BOSS (disguised as a russian Commander ) - which caused an official out rage by the russian government and very difficult diplomatic implications, second was he having a ANV deep cover shadow in his troops.
AFter having found the NUKE, and moving his way out of the dangerous fields, was he again falling in another trap layed out by the BOSS. His 2IC deflected with the NUKE unharmed into Russian Arms.
the remaining survivors of the NETF got captured and were interrogated and tortured by the BOSS and Col. Yuri Tupolew for more then two months.
What made him actually change side was the US Military itself...
By ordering an unauthorized airstrike on the Prison camp. Somebody in the US wanted to close that story for good. Somebody with a lot of blood and dirt on his corruptive fingers.
That incident plus the relentless torture he had to withstand for so long made him snap. Projiecta got wind of that, he contacted BULLY in his favourite BAR in Montreal after he had returned from Tchetchnia. Broken, hurt and without any faith - did BULLY accept the Offer . the offer for revenge.
BULLY is out to find the one responsible sending him into this set up, and also ordering the airstrike on the camp he was sitting captured.

The Angel of death is truly a mystery. It is as of today not clear who she really is. Her parents as most of her sisters disappeared in a more then questionable airplane accident heading for the States.
Her father an important Nuclear weapon Scientist during UDSSSR Times had contributed a lot to the arms race during the cold war. After the cold war was he actually the leading Nucleus accellerator Supervisor in CERN Swizerland. Many things we know today are because of her Father.
Now Tatiana made a different decision for her path....She choosed the Military but the medical chor at first. Her father given talents manifested quickly in her progress through the medical chor academy in Kiev. She gained the attention of the ..... lets say darker trade of the Military..... The intelligence side of it to be precised. Her knife sharp mind and skills in medical extraction and emergency treatment gave her a far reaching reputation. But this is just a cover up ( The ANGEL side ) ....
She is actually a ruthless Murderer, a gruelsome interrogator and Combatend, and her only weakness is to know when NOT to stop pushing forward.
She is better on your side...As Projiecta and Jixton is the Angel of death now after Tupolew and Kurov.
Both of which she is strongly believing that they are still alive. She was contacted by Projiecta after having returned from the Debriefing of C.I.A. Operative Black burn in turkey. ( after the crashlanding of the ANV C-130 which got damaged by the EMP pulse of the detonated NUKE in tchetchnia)
She never made it back into the FSB headoffice...
